APRÈS is a six-night Maison 818 gathering beginning in Nice and ending in Monaco for New Year’s Eve. Your experience includes accommodations, curated meals and experiences, scheduled group transportation, and Maison 818 hosting throughout the week.

Double Occupancy — $4,395 per person
Single Occupancy — $5,995 per person
Reserve your place with a $500 deposit.

Final payment due December 15, 2026.
Exact installment dates will be provided at booking.

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable and are
applied toward your total trip cost.

 Before You Reserve

APRÈS is intentionally small. Reservations are confirmed in the order deposits are received and are subject to availability.

Double-occupancy pricing is per person and requires two travelers sharing one room. If you are traveling with a friend, both travelers must complete their reservation and deposit.

Airfare is not included.

Cancellations
Because APRÈS requires advance commitments to hotels, restaurants, transportation, and experience partners, all payments made toward the trip are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to travel, Maison 818 will make reasonable efforts to recover any supplier funds that are still refundable at the time of cancellation; however, recovery is not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for protecting their investment against unexpected illness, travel disruption, cancellation, or other circumstances that may prevent them from traveling. You can explore coverage options and build your plan here.

Double Occupancy
Double-occupancy pricing is based on two paying guests sharing one room. Each traveler must reserve their own place and pay the required deposit.

If your roommate cancels or fails to complete payment, you may be required to:

• identify another roommate, or

• pay the applicable single-occupancy supplement.

Itinerary Changes
The itinerary represents the planned APRÈS experience. Individual restaurants, experiences, timing, transportation, or other details may change due to availability, weather, supplier operations, or circumstances outside Maison 818’s control.

Any substitutions will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and character of the experience.

Airfare
Airfare is not included. Guests should not purchase nonrefundable flights until Maison 818 confirms that the trip has met its minimum participation requirement and is cleared to proceed.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:

• valid passports and required travel documentation

• airfare

• travel insurance

• gratuities

• personal expenses

• meals or activities not specifically listed as included
